HEAVY-DUTY PROTECTIVE STEEL GUARD RAIL SYSTEMS
are a specialty of P Strouth LLC. The reason we provide so much guard rail and hand rail for customers is because it protects equipment and employees from extreme damage and injury. Installing safety guardrail in your production facility or warehouse distribution center provides plant safety and security and efficiency. Machine guarding and employee guarding reduces costs associated with employee injury, machinery down time, insurance claims, building repairs, pallet rack and conveyor damage, dock door damage, and expensive machinery impacts. Accidental collisions from forklifts or other machinery can be prevented by strategically installing impact steel railing systems.
These heavy-duty guardrail safety rails install in minutes and are easily moved or reconfigured if your facility or production floor or warehouse aisles change. Most of our safety guarding systems install with common tools and concrete anchor drills. Installation Instructions for Heavy-Duty Guardrail Systems:
- Clean floor and layout, measure, and chalk line.
- Bolt rails to columns or bolt in lift out brackets and drop in rails.
- Confirm placement and anchor posts to concrete floor with designated anchors. That's it!
Inside or outside we can install heavy duty steel guard rail systems. When installing outside we dig into the ground and pour 16" square x 8" deep footings in order to anchor the posts to the footings. We layout the footings to meet the specs of the guard rail to protect gas lines, buildings, chemical containment areas and parking areas.
