We stock at our warehouse in Greensboro, NC the best B&P dock boards and dock plates. Our dock boards are 60" wide x 48" long and have aluminum deck plate with bolt on steel curbs with 10,000# capacity. Dock boards can handle fork lifts but dock plates are rated for pallet jack, and hand truck traffic. Our dock plates are 36" x 36" and 36" x 48" aluminum deck plate with easy to used handles rated at 2,500# and 3,500# capacities.
Edge of dock installations are one of our specialties. We provide both mechanical edge of docks and hydraulic edge of docks. Fast and easy to operate, the edge of dock is positioned by lifting a self storing handle and pulling the handle to the dock floor. The latch assembly activates the lip forward to the floor of the trailer as the handle is lifted providing a smooth transition for the forklift from warehouse floor into the bed of the trailer. When released, the handle automatically returns to the stored position. The optimum dock height for conventional trailers is 48" - 51" high. 66" wide, 72" wide and 78" wide dock plates are the most standard with a 20,000 lbs. rating. Dock bumpers are included on the edge of dock to provide protection.
We have a selection of curb ramps in plastic and aluminum for your hand truck delivery needs.
Our PVC strip door curtains are designed and cut and punched to your exact door openings. We stock the strip material in 8" wide and 12" wide strips. We offer strip doors in smooth, ribbed, and low temp smooth and low temp ribbed. You can buy the pvc material by the roll or we can cut it to your opening size. Aluminum mounting hardware is supplied to hang the strip doors.
We offer a standard line of shipping supplies. Standard stretch wrap sold by the case. Poly and steel strapping is available in 1/2" and 3/4". We also have the steel and poly strapping carts.

Edge of dock levelers are the perfect choice when the original building did not include pit mounted levelers. For fork truck traffic that is from 5" below dock level to 5" above dock level. The Bluff product includes molded bumpers and a mechanical spring operation that takes the heavy work out of the lifting. In April 2016 we installed this curtain wall in a North Carolina facility. The curtain provides a barrier from the warehouse area and the production area. Greatly reduces energy cost to keep the two areas climate controlled.
